• Develop and implement project plans, managing all aspects of the on boarding process.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful system deployment.
• Monitor project progress, identifying any issues and taking corrective action as needed.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed of project status and developments.
• Ensure all system implementations comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A degree Business, Finance or Accounting related field.
• Project Management Qualifications
• Experience in the financial services industry, preferably with specific technical knowledge of Fund Accounting and Unit Pricing, Investment Administration & Custody.
• Proven experience managing business change and client on boarding projects and in project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior management and senior stakeholders as well as clients.
• Ability to negotiate and influence key stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ability to manage multiple on boarding projects concurrently
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
