The Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management / Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll support the business with high-quality reporting and forecasting, optimizing workforce efficiency against key metrics.Additionally, you’ll work with the Payroll Advisor to ensure accurate pay and collaborate with the business on local compensation and benefits planning.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Management:Generate workforce data for planning, including headcount, costs, forecasts, and budgets. Streamline and automate reporting processes for efficiency.
HRIS Management:Oversee maintenance of HR systems (Workday, Payforce, Real Time), manage user accounts, and resolve issues. Securely store HR metrics and audit HR processes, including payroll and turnover.
HR Reporting: Provide monthly and ad hoc HR reports (headcount, turnover, new hires) and support APAC and Global reporting needs.
Payroll: Manage the payroll process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Compensation & Benefits:Collaborate with Amer Sports HQ and APAC Total Rewards to implement competitive C&B programs, conduct market analysis, and establish policies.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of strong experience in HR, Finance, Payroll or Systems with a focus on HR, to work with highly confidential information and to strictly follow internal and external processes. The role will appeal to someone who is data driven, has exceptional Excel skills and Power BI is desirable.Working across multiple brands and with stakeholders locally as well as in APAC, the role requires tenacity and the ability to juggle several projects at the same time.
