About the Role.

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team by coordinating training, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with HSE reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to advance their career in HSE and training.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining an up-to-date training database and tracking employee certifications, qualifications, and tickets to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting with the development and coordination of training programs, including online courses and inductions.
  • Supporting the Verification of Competency (VoC) process in line with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting training needs analysis and ensuring competency frameworks are followed.
  • Preparing reports on training, competency status, and HSE performance.
  • Assisting with audits and maintaining training-related records.
  • Supporting the creation of Toolbox materials and monthly HSE reports.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate
  • Experience in training coordination, administration, or HSE support (previous experience in an HSE or training role is beneficial but not essential).
  • Knowledge of industry-related qualifications, licenses, and tickets.
  • Experience in developing online learning modules and programs
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • The ability to work with training and compliance databases and generate reports.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with teams across different locations.
