Our Client HAIR CANDY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTY LTD - ABN 26 662 415 410 – Located in Hope Island, QLD 4212 is seeking someone to take the position of Full-time Marketing Specialist for between $73,150 - $80,000 a year depending on skill level.

DUTIES:

• Developing and implementing a broad range of marketing campaigns, using a variety of marketing and advertising strategies and tools
• Work within the team to create social media content to increase brand awareness and manage the company's public image and relationships.
• Searching and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and industry partners.
• Implementing marketing strategies for advertising company products and promotions to reach target markets, target customers and market shares.
• Analysing the data on marketing strategies implemented and tracking the progress by keeping reports
• Researching the possible demand and market trends for new goods and services and collecting and analysing data and other statistical information
• Planned and organised advertising policies and campaigns to support company growth and positioning in the Australian market.
• Attend meetings and adhere to directions from the management team
• Plan, manage and report marketing campaign budgets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor Degree or Related Qualification
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Well organised and good time management skills
• At least two years’ on the job work experience in sales and marketing
• OH&S experience preferred
