About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with direct impact on financial decision-making and strategic direction.Working closely with the executive team, you will oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team management. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a proven track record in managing finance teams and delivering high-quality reporting and analysis within dynamic business environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and reporting
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, month-end and year-end procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal policies
- Maintain internal controls and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting systems
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to the Board, and senior management across various operational entities
- Mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate across departments to improve processes and drive financial efficiencies
- Support strategic planning through data-driven financial analysis and modelling
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a leadership or Finance Manager role
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end finance functions
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and analysis
- Experience implementing and improving financial systems and processes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with operational tasks
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
