Plummers Industries Pty Ltd requires:

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – Full Time position

• Organise and oversee operation and logistics of materials, plant and equipment
• Ensure cost effective measures for resource usage is implemented
• Estimating and ordering production consumables for projects
• Organise the delivery of materials, plant and equipment
• Analyse workforce utilisation, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs, to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies
• Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information to improve workflow efficiency
• Carry out required administration and necessary documentation
• Develop, recommend and implement process improvements
• Keep abreast with technological and industry advancements
• Undertake necessary inspections to ensure optimum performance is maintained
• Assist in preparation of detailed layouts of plant facilities to optimize utilization and product flow

• Experience with design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and simulation software. Knowledge of Microsoft suite. And MS Office Project management software.
• Relevant tertiary qualification with experience
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator and ability to convey critical information through different mediums
