Interim Group Financial Controller

We are proud to be supporting them with this hire, as they head through a new phase of growth.
We are looking for an Interim Group Financial Controller on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
This role will a key figurehead in the finance function, reporting to an impressive CFO. Initially covering a maternity cove, this role could have the potential go to permanent.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing a large team across financial reporting and operations
- Driving the quarterly, half year, and annual reporting process
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements
- Owning the month end reporting process
- Compliance and governance across tax - PAYG, GST, FBT
- Managing internal controls (SOX)
- Oversee the audit function ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
- Process & system improvement across a potential ERP upgrade
- Any adhoc work as required or directed by the CFO
Ideally you will have:
- CA/CPA
- Previous experience at Group Financial Controller level (Or higher) with a listed environment
- Have experience managing a large team
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and time management skills
- Very strong communicator
- Candidates who have experience around ERP migrations highly regarded
- Candidates with PP&E experience will be highly regarded.
