ESSENTIAL: MUST be fluent speaking in BOTH Vietnamese and English

• Assisting in general office duties
• Managing reception, mail, filing documents and diary management etc.
• Attending to new and existing client service requests and enquiries.
• Liaising with Counsel, clients, insurers, insurer's solicitors, and medical professionals.
• Arranging conferences and briefs for Counsel.
• Arranging medico-legal appointments for clients.
• Preparation and lodgement of claim forms and Dispute Resolution Application forms with the Personal Injury Commission.
• Preparation of client’s matters for informal Settlement conferences, Court hearings and Conciliation /Arbitration hearings in the Personal Injury Commission.
• Generating & editing correspondence to be sent out to Counsel, clients, insurers, using LEAP.

• Proven experience working in a personal injury and compensation law firm.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work under pressure, and handle a high volume of files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• MUST be fluent speaking in BOTH Vietnamese and English
