We service clients in Australia and the US with most of us based in our Sydney offi ce and some key team members working remotely around the world. We are currently operating on a hybrid model with Tuesdays and Thursdays in the offi ce.

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Director to manage a range of clients across a diverse range of verticals. Someone who can adapt well to the Orange Line mantras of proactivity, fl exibility, and dedication.

This role is for someone who has spent their career on the tools but is now more focussed on client management, strategy, and success.

If we were to sum up this role in one line it would be: using your experience of the tools in order to lead your team and your clients to success.

You will be responsible for
  • Responsible and accountable for the success and growth of your client patch and your direct reports
  • In-platform management and execution
  • Representing the agency and your team in day to day communications and servicing of your clients
  • Develop an intricate strategy for the client that defi nes investment, channels and targeting
  • Research and identify new channels and platforms to achieve business goals
  • Provide insight, analysis and guidance to client and team on campaign optimisation and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the wider digital teams (SEO, Creative etc.) to eff ectively plan and deliver campaigns in budget to timeline
  • Be innovative and passionate in your space and endeavour to mentor and train junior team members
  • Set the standard for best practice across all channels and platforms
  • Implement continuous test and learns
  • Implement team and company processes to help improve overall team eff ectiveness and effi ciency
  • Really own your accounts/clients because their success is your success
  • Be accountable for the fi nance, invoicing and admin of your clients
  • Becoming a leader in the paid media team, both in your own right but also fi tting with the direction of the team/company
About you
  • 6+ years experience in the Paid Media space
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and 2-3 years of experience in Paid Social are crucial for this role.
  • Experience with at least one other major marketing channel or platform (e.g. GMP, a programmatic DSP, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Experience working across multi-channel clients (at least one other channel such as Display, Video, Paid Social, etc.) and experience with e-commerce and lead generation businesses is desirable.
  • Knowledge of tracking performance campaigns (Google Analytics, tagging, ad serving, click tracking, call tracking)
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Eff ective and effi cient working style and approach to management & mentorship
