About the Position:
We are seeking two qualified and experienced Motor Mechanics to join our dynamic team in Shepparton. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing petrol and diesel vehicles, performing scheduled maintenance, and ensuring high standards of service quality in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose faults in petrol and diesel vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform scheduled servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on cars, 4WDs, and light commercial vehicles.Repair and replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, brake systems, and suspension components.
Conduct safety inspections and roadworthy assessments to ensure compliance with standards.
Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and confirm performance standards are met.
Maintain accurate service records and adhere to workshop health and safety standards.
Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.Qualifications: Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate vehicle servicing.Strong knowledge of petrol and diesel vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspensions.
Ability to perform safety inspections and roadworthy assessments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
