We also boast a unique country courtyard featuring a wood-fired pizza oven, perfect for special events.The Hampden Hotel offers a charming country atmosphere, where our staff thrive in a dynamic environment, consistently serving delicious bistro-style meals.
The successful applicant will: Collaboratively plan and orchestrate the preparation and cooking of food
Engage in the menu development, manage food and labour cost estimations, and oversee food supply orders
Uphold the highest standards for all dishes throughout the preparation and presentation stages
Liaise with management, dietitians, and service staff to discuss culinary processes and improvements
Demonstrate advanced cooking techniques and provide guidance on culinary procedures
Enforce strict hygiene and safety protocols within the kitchen
The successful applicant’s requirements are: Appropriate qualifications such as Diploma, or equivalent relevant experience
A minimum of two/three years of full-time experience in a professional kitchen
Flexibility, leadership, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
