The Opportunity
A permanent full-time supervisory position is now available for our Homes NSW contract. This position could be suited to someone with experience in a similar role or perhaps a junior project manager with a trade background. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Senior Supervisor to ensure efficient coordination, compliance and supervision of all field work conducted in their designated area of responsibility – Bankstown and surrounding suburbs.
The Responsive and Planned Maintenance Services (RAPM) for Homes NSW provides maintenance services to a portfolio of properties that provide safety, belonging and privacy, to meet the evolving needs of the people that call them home.

Primary responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage work programs as well as deliver weekly updates to the Senior Supervisor, works manager and Contracts Manager, and other reporting requirements as required
- Manage Safety KPI inspection targets
- Deliver on Quality notices review and close out
- Management of KPIs EOT's and variations
- Hold a valid driver’s license (C) class
- Trade certified – carpentry, plumbing, electrical preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience in public housing or facilities maintenance management is highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel as well as Word and Outlook
- Excellent time management and communication skills is a must
