Skills and Requirements:- Minimum of 1+ year experience as a Chef in commercial kitchen environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Qualification in Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
