Account Manager - Sydney
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business;
- Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the accommodation partners (i.e. visiting accommodations, contacting on regular basis);
- Acting on leads, partner feedback and information on competitor activity;
- Able to translate statistics and insights about Booking.com's competitors as well as local market knowledge into relevant actions;
- Responsible for providing trainings to accommodations about the online reservation systems;
- Partner events: support in organizing Booking.com events and webinars, as well as participating in external events and trade fairs representing the company.

- Broad Job Knowledge (3 - 5 years)
- Solution oriented and result driven
- Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
- Proactive, flexible and capable of working independently as well as working in a team
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task & flexible attitude
- Commercially driven attitude
- Objection handling
- Language: English; written and verbal
- Has existing long term working rights in Australia
- This role must be physically based within commuting distance of Sydney (hybrid work arrangement)
- The company does not provide any relocation assistance for this role - successful candidates who are located outside of Sydney must relocate at their own expense, should they choose to take up the offer
