1. Fabrication: Construct, assemble, and fabricate metal components for refrigeration systems using various tools and machinery, including welding equipment, cutters, and grinders.
2. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure the accurate fabrication and assembly of metal structures.
3. Welding and Cutting: Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of metal materials to produce custom parts and structures as per design requirements.
4. Quality Assurance: Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with industry standards, ensuring all products meet Nuline Refrigeration’s quality expectations.
5. Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for safe and efficient use.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of fabricated components into refrigeration systems.
7. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any technical issues that arise during the fabrication process, implementing effective solutions to maintain production flow.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment in the workshop.

1. Qualifications: Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in metal fabrication, preferably within the refrigeration or HVAC industry.
3. Skills: Proficiency in welding, cutting, and shaping metals; ability to read and interpret technical drawings; and strong attention to detail.
4. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
5. Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
