• Month-End Close: Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analyses, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Team Management: Supervise and provide guidance to junior accountants, ensuring their professional development and effective execution of tasks.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal controls.

• CPA or CA qualified with atleast 2 years experience in a SaaS business.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in financial accounting and reporting.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
