About the role
CHC has an exciting opportunity for a Flight Operations Coordinator within its Flight Crew Management Team. We are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking candidate that will be responsible for the operational document administration, assisting the Manger Flight Operations and Flight Operations Manager in maintaining the AOC, and general administrative management of the Flight Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
The Flight operations Coordinator will demonstrate the following core competencies to execute the job responsibilities:
- Adhering to all SMS accountabilities as determined in the CHC Australia Safety Management Manual.
- Adhere to company health, safety and environmental, equal opportunity/sexual harassment policies.
- Monitor, update and track Flight Standard department documents and expiry registers.
- Coordinating document review notifications for internal review, approval and CASA submission.
- Maintain and update the electronic library and department administration of the CHC APAC Landing Pad.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of operational supporting documents and ensure the timely distribution of publications to manual holders.
- File, update and archive of all technical publications and other operational records.
- Assist in internal/and external audits and tracking of CPA’s and action items.
- Review and update internal processes and procedures and develop work instructions.
- Manage inventory levels of items used to support the Flight Standards Library.
- Acting as the Company administrator for ASIC application / Veritas for > 270 flight crew.
- Tracking and follow up on FSD safety and action items.
- Flight Standards Training and Induction and uniform management for new hires.
- Provide project coordination to the flight standards department.
- Manage EFB and accessories inventory.
- Assist with FRMS administration and auditing requirements.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
- Cert IV in Business and/or relevant qualifications
- Document Control and Auditing background
- Minimum of 3 years administrative and document control experience
- Good analytical skills with a strong attention to details
- High level of computer skills including Microsoft Software Packages and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge and experience in auditing
- Excellent customer service skills
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment and with multiple stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships across the business
- A positive and “can do” attitude and an ability to work as part of a team.

- Demonstrate and eagerness to learn and pick things up quickly
