Performing welding, cutting, and shaping of metal components for coal handling systems, conveyors, and other port infrastructure.
Ensuring all tasks comply with safety and quality standards.
Contributing to the maintenance and efficient operation of port facilities.
Drivers Licence
Use hand & power tools induction course
Confined space and gas test atmosphere certificates
White Card
Standard 11 or conduct local risk control
Section 4 CBM or Section 6 HPT medical
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical

Your new role
Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment.Performing welding, cutting, and shaping of metal components for coal handling systems, conveyors, and other port infrastructure.

Contributing to the maintenance and efficient operation of port facilities.

What you'll need to succeed
Trade Qualification - BoilermakerDrivers Licence
Use hand & power tools induction course
Confined space and gas test atmosphere certificates
White Card
Standard 11 or conduct local risk control
Section 4 CBM or Section 6 HPT medical
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Ability to complete a police check
What you'll get in return
If successful, you'll join a well-known company in the Mackay Region. You will be working 6 days per week, working 12 hour shifts. In this role, you will be paid on a weekly basis, on an attractive rate with penalties & super.
