Requirements
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly energised Executive Assistant for the CEO, David Vander as well as administrative support for 2 other executives, the Founder, Tim O’Neill (based in Melbourne) and the Head of Product, Peter Collins, based in Sydney. The role will be responsible for calendaring, travel, expense and other executive support, but will also be responsible for the culture and atmosphere of the Sydney Head office.The company is going through a rapid growth cycle, and this role will be essential in maintaining the energy, rigour and discipline as we expand significantly whilst maintaining our innovative culture. This is a true partnership role with the CEO, the Australian based executive team, and the entire Avolution ecosystem.
Responsibilities- Scheduling: Organize schedules for meetings, appointments, and travel
- Travel: Make travel arrangements, keep track of itineraries and respond to disruptions
- Expenses: Prepare expense reports, track receipts and invoices, and file expenses
- Documentation: Create spreadsheets, presentations, reports and emails
- Information: Gather and provide information, and refer non-routine enquiries to the appropriate staff
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, messages and emails, and respond to requests
- Operational: participate as required in various operational matters including supplier management, management insights and operations.
- Organising and managing team events
- Playing a leadership role in establishing and driving a high-performance culture
- Manage office logistics and supplies
