What You'll Do:
You will be instrumental throughout the entire recruitment process, and you can expect your responsibilities to be as follows:
- Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.
- Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients and candidates.
