What You'll Do:

You will be instrumental throughout the entire recruitment process, and you can expect your responsibilities to be as follows:

  • Guide clients through the entire hiring process to ensure the right placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Expand your network through proactive business development and new client acquisition.
  • Stay informed about hiring trends and market changes to provide insights to clients and candidates.
