Reception Casual (April and May)

About Our Client

We are seeking immediately available receptionists who are available to work casual days over the Easter holidays through to Mid May. This will be for multiple clients within the private sector at Michael Page, located in Melbourne CBD.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and customers.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails.
• Keep the reception area organised and well-maintained.
• Perform various administrative duties and support the wider team.
• Oversee and coordinate meeting room reservations.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of events.
• Promote the organisation's values and contribute to a positive work culture.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with other staff members and departments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience as a Receptionist is required.
