Full-Time Chef in Horseshoe Bay QLD 4819.

Seebreeze Restaurant, located within the vibrant Bounce Magnetic Island venue, is seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team on a full-time basis. Our restaurant delivers a fresh and exciting menu to locals and travellers alike, offering a unique dining experience in a stunning island setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and execute meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in the restaurant
• Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and food presentation standards
• Monitor and maintain food quality and consistency across all dishes
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to menu planning and seasonal updates
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant Qualification
• At least 1 years of relevant experience as a Chef in a restaurant setting
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen procedures
• Ability to lead a small team and work efficiently under pressure
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
