Job Description

As the P&C Coordinator, you'll be working alongside the GM and HR Advisor to help support HR initiatives, coordinate employee programs, and ensure the workforce feel valued and empowered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
  • Supporting employee engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives
  • Managing HR administration and maintaining accurate records
  • Helping to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies
  • Providing general HR support to employees and managers
  • HR inbox management

✔ A proactive and approachable attitude

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Experience in a HR admin position

✔ Some knowledge of employment regulations and best practices

✔ Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaged workplace
