Restaurant Manager/Supervisor for 300 Seat Waterfront Restaurant
Due to our expansion and growth in the business we are seeking to expand our team with experienced hospitality professionals. We are seeking experienced a Restaurant Manager and a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

ABOUT YOU
To be considered for any of these positions, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar position.Proven ability to oversee busy breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts while running the front of house of the restaurant.
Show a continual desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skillsAttention to detail in a high pressure fast paced environment.
Wine knowledge preferable but not essential.
Must be able to carry 3 plates.
Fluent English and well groomedRSA Certificate essential.
Experience on computerised POS systems.
Available to work days, evenings and weekends. (8 at Trinity is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)Must be very well presented and well spoken, reliable and honest.
