Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Coco Flip is looking for a confident and efficient part-time staff member to join our small team in the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator. This is a part-time position working 2-3 days per week alongside our Studio and Sales Manager and Directors in our Northcote Studio.
The role includes managing enquiries, sales, production, and logistics as well as assisting with marketing and promotion. Applicants will require the ability to manage their time independently and efficiently, assisting with the day-to-day running of the business, as well as proactively pursuing new opportunities for marketing and business development, and helping to coordinate social media and EDMs.
We are seeking a confident, assertive, and proactive individual with a passion for design and a willingness to engage with all aspects of our small business. A warm, positive, and professional tone is required for daily communication and fastidious attention to detail is essential to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.
This is a diverse role and applicants will need to be motivated, efficient, and methodical, with acute attention to detail and a willingness to be flexible and learn new skills.This is a part-time position working 2-3 days, from 9am to 5pm in our Northcote studio/showroom.
Days of work are negotiable.
The starting salary is 65k per annum (pro rata) + 11.5% superannuation.

Proficiency in Mac OS and Microsoft Excel
Experience in content creation and social media scheduling
Beneficial but not essential:
Experience in Adobe Creative SuiteExperience in Xero and Shopify
Familiarity/involvement in the Architecture and Design community
An understanding of interiors, lighting, furniture, materials, and manufacturing processes
