We are seeking a qualified Metal Fabricator with a minimum of a Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade.

Qualifications & experience

Trade qualification.
Ability to work to technical drawings ensuring adherence to specifications.
Ability to produce top quality mig and tig workmanship in steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
Forklift licence highly regarded.

Tasks & responsibilities

Mig, Tig and Pulse Mig welding and fabrication.
Fabrication of a variety of assemblies using steel, aluminium and stainless steel, sheet metal and plate as well as sectional materials.
Operation of a 130 tonne press brake, experience highly regarded however we are willing to train the right candidate.
Work as part of a team and unsupervised.
Adhere to all safe work practices, including the use of PPE at all times and assisting in the maintenance of a hazard free work environment.
