Primary purpose of the role

Senior Advisor - Partnerships, manages and coordinates effective relationships with key partners and stakeholders including but not limited to Community Housing Providers to optimise relationships, maximising service delivery and program outcomes.

What you’ll do
  • Develop Stakeholder Management Plans for partnerships with CHPs, Local Councils, Local Aboriginal Land Councils, Government agencies, ACCOs, private developers, peaks and the community sector.
  • Identify opportunities to bring strategies to fruition that require collaboration and bring people together with a shared purpose.
  • Facilitate drafting of Principles of Engagement for the development of Local Area Plans.
  • Contribute to the implementation and management of “Connect Us” the relationship management tool across the agency
  • Co-ordinate and publish quarterly CHP sector newsletter “Connect Us”.
  • Prioritise LGAs that require engagement and relationship management based on Housing Portfolio BAU, Commercial and HAFF priority pipeline project locations.
  • Facilitate the resolution of complex matters raised by CHPs and Councils hat have been escalated.
