Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role as a Japanese Chef at Susumu Fusion Cuisine in Bargara, QLD. As a Japanese Chef, you will be responsible for preparing traditional Japanese dishes that reflect traditional and modern styles. Ensuring high-quality and consistency food preparation.
Contribute to menu planning and seasonal updates. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed. Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, ensure kitchen operations run smoothly snd efficiently.
Qualifications :- Proficiency in Japanese or Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of traditional and modern Japanese recipes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality presentation.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Excellent time management and organisational.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining setting.
