TerryWhite Chemmart is the leading retail pharmacy in Ferntree Gully. We are looking for an experienced & forward-thinking full-time Pharmacy Technician for an immediate start.

Duties:

• Recommending over-the-counter medications to customers and referral to pharmacist when necessary.
• Preparing and dispensing medications for webster pack patients.
• Assisting Pharmacist to dispense medications.
• Organizing necessary documents and sending prescriptions to other prescribers if necessary for webster pack patients.
• Responding to phone enquiries from customers and communicating with Health Care Practitioners and Doctors.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels.
• Ability to work between the front of shop and dispensary.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• In depth experience in Fred+, myPak software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Sound understanding and knowledge of general pharmacy products.
• Good team player.
