Responsibilities:

  • List main responsibilities for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Provide product service and instruction in the use, care and maintenance of MSA products as may be required, to all customers (end users);
  • Provide sound advice to customers (end users) and prospective customers on matters relating to their safety product requirements and applications;
  • Identify and solicit new business opportunities on behalf of Distributors with current end users and new prospects;
  • Identify present and future prospects (end users) by company name, for identified market segments and technical products.
  • Ensure Channel Partners have sound knowledge of MSA products and are kept informed of existing and new products, promotional activities and changes in prices and designs;
  • Accept orders from customers (end users) on behalf of their nominated Channel Partner.
  • Represent MSA at local trade shows, meetings and conventions, as required;
  • Positively influence the customer’s perception through effective representation of the MSA brand in the market place;
  • Undertake any special projects as directed by the Business Director-ANZ
  • Ensure that persons under their control have been inducted into MSA’s WHS Induction program (includes visitors to the office);
  • Cooperate with MSA management to ensure compliance with relevant acts, regulations, policies and procedures imposed in the interest of health, safety and welfare;

Qualifications:

  • List critical qualifications for the role and any addition nice to have qualifications.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Territory Manager role;
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Safety Industry and / or Industrial Product selling;
  • Relevant business or tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
