Senior Cadastral Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cadastral surveys using advanced surveying technology and equipment.
• Prepare and manage survey data, including computations, drafting, and boundary reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, government agencies, architects, and project teams to ensure precise project execution.
• Interpret and apply land titles, maps, and legal descriptions to determine boundaries.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to land surveying.

About You:

• Degree or diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, and AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
