Registered Nurse (Aged Care)

• Assess, plan and implement client care
• Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met
• Formulate, maintain and review resident care plans and other documentation
• Work in consultation with other health professionals and members of health teams, and co-ordinates the care of patients
• Ensure safe medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse
• 5+ years of nursing experience within the aged care industry
• Unconditional and Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
• Clear concise written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Strong attention to details
• Medication administration and wound management experience
