Module Lead - Testing Practice

• Participating in project requirements walkthrough meetings, Release planning and meetings.
• Assessing the work and providing estimations, coordinating with different stakeholders during this process.
• Coordination between onshore and offshore due to time difference.
• Manual and UFT automation testing of software.
• Reporting to client.
• SME and Business analyst for the QBE Australia applications.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Module Lead – Testing Practice with rich Manual and UFT automation testing, able to work with client and coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.

• Interacting with the Client and BA’s/Business stakeholders to gather and understand the requirements to be implemented in the project.
• Review Requirements with Clients and clarify on requirement ambiguities.
• Keep track of the new requirements/change in requirements of the project.
• Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan & Test cases.
• Test Cases Walkthrough and Reviews.
• Perform System Testing, Integration Testing, Device Testing and providing UAT support and test management.
• Review Test Plan, Test Cases, Requirement traceability matrix and implement review suggestions.
• Identify risk and provide the mitigation plan. Escalate issues on timely manner to management.
• Providing training to the team members on domain knowledge and Business process testing.
• Support all testing activities for existing and new applications.
• Generating Test Reports, daily status reporting and, metrics consolidation/ project /release closure activities.
• Preparing the post-mortem report for the project delivered with the lesson learnt and need for future developments.
• Risk/Issue Management

REQUIRE EXPERIENCE: 11+ years of Manual testing experience and experience in team management and business coordinating.
