RAM XPRESS PTY LTD As a Retail Supervisor at Ram Xpress Pty Ltd, you’ll oversee store operations to ensure our products meet customers' high standards. Key duties include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, supporting the team, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Recruiting, training, evaluating, and making decisions on staff promotions or terminations, while addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Guiding staff on handling complex sales processes and providing training on customer interaction protocols.
Reviewing returned merchandise and determining appropriate actions, including exchanges or refunds.
Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records, placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed.
Verifying that products are correctly priced, appropriately displayed, and align with marketing strategies.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualification & Experience Qualification: AQF Certificate II or III or a related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred.
