Organisational Change Manager (OCM)
We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager (OCM). As an OCM, you will be responsible for leading and managing the people side of change initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and employees to ensure successful adoption and implementation of changes.
Requirements- Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within organizations
- Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
- Ability to develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Experience in conducting impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and engagement activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in training and coaching employees on new processes and technologies
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field
