Supported by FSC and Careys Civil Constructions, this paid training program is dedicated to fostering greater female representation in infrastructure. On completion, this program offers a smooth transition into a rewarding and challenging role in infrastructure, fully equipped and job-ready!
The Opportunity
You will be a part of the SWITCH 2 INFRASTRUCTURE program. This structured, paid, part-time training program will equip you to step confidently into a role in the infrastructure industry upon completion. Beginning with a comprehensive introductory intensive, you'll be immersed in various job placements to acquire relevant industry experience.You'll also be paired with a supportive buddy who will guide you through the process and serve as your support system.
Requirements
Transferrable Skills
You could have previously worked in any industry, a STEM background is not required! You will be a good fit for this opportunity if you have the following transferable skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read and understand contract clauses
- Understanding of basic finance principles
- Ability to resolve misunderstandings and disagreements
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
