About The Role
As the Tenancy Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of tenancy fit outs within their portfolio of retail projects.
You will undertake general Tenancy Delivery Manager duties throughout all stages of the project to ensure successful tenancy delivery. These duties include but are not limited to the following: Leasing Phase
Liaise with the Leasing Team in the issuing of Tenancy Fitout Guidelines to Lessees and briefing of Lessees on required design and construction standards.Manage the preparation and issue of individual Tenancy plans by the Architect.
