SustainHealth are rapidly growing our service offering and are looking for a Sales Team Leader | Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader, to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available.

The Role:
  • Build, support, and develop a team of recruiters and junior para consultants
  • Business development with new and existing clients
  • Daily team management duties
  • Manage a billing desk in healthcare recruitment
  • Work closely with the compliance, brand management, and marketing teams
  • Work with a very supportive, collaborative team and manager
  • Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand

About You:
  • You will have experience in a 360-degree recruitment life cycle
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable
  • Team leader or Team Management experience desirable – including sales management
  • You will be a strong, confident, and assertive communicator across all mediums
  • Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
