Implementation Manager

Zone IT Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Manager. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the implementation of technology solutions for our clients.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop implementation plans, and set project timelines.
• Coordinate resources, including internal team members and third-party vendors, to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing procedures are followed.
• Provide training and support to clients post-implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
