- Lead Enterprise class CRM and Digital transformation programs across the full project life cycle providing delivery leadership to the client and our teams.
- Assess the engagement performance, delivery risks, issues and assess impact on solution and service delivery commitments or to client relationships
- Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.
- Establish a plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the values we are delivering are in line with client expectations
- Create an integrated project plan, showing high-level flow of project milestones and dependencies across deliverables
- Assist and lead in the business and functional requirements definition and prioritisation/scoping of requirements
- Monitor and control the quality management process, manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, manage process performance and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency
- Coach the client and team on the best practices for solution positioning and delivery
- Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development
- Develop an understanding of the Salesforce platform, its benefits and pitfalls, and how to use your leadership skills in the context of the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Innovate, coming up with creative, robust and quality solutions to customer problems.
- Communicate to a wide range of people through email, showcases, presentations, meetings and workshops.

- Candidates must have current Independent Working Rights for Australia (AU Citizen or Permanent Resident)
- For Australian Citizens, you may be required to undertake Security Clearance process at Baseline or beyond to be aligned to projects requiring security clearance.
