Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for delivering high-profile eCommerce projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing complex projects and working with top-tier clients? If so, we want you on our team!
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of major eCommerce projects, primarily within the retail sector. You will manage budgets exceeding $2M, delivering projects on time and within scope while ensuring top-notch quality.This role requires exceptional stakeholder management, the ability to work autonomously, and strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges across global teams.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery & Execution- Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively lead planning for peak trading periods.
- Oversee project administration, including timesheets, resource planning, and approvals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, risks, and budgets effectively to customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct Monthly Service Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ensure SLA adherence.
- Track project resources and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation.
- Manage one or two large-scale projects or multiple smaller interrelated projects.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of best-practice project management frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to Agile & Scrum methodologies and internal delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to business success.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex eCommerce projects (agency experience preferred).
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Professional).
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms & technologies.
- Expertise in resource planning, budgeting, and governance.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
