As the Project HR Manager for the Coomera Connector Project, you will be a key member of our Senior Management team, working closely with the Project Director to deliver a contemporary and innovative People & Culture Strategy.
This dynamic and agile role will be based onsite in Helensvale, working alongside other project leaders, with responsibility for building capability, leadership and business effectiveness to drive and influence meaningful change. You will assist in promoting diversity & inclusion opportunities, lead talent development through training & development innovations, succession planning, remuneration, and performance management education and implementation.
As well as driving industrial relations consistency.
About you:
- Demonstrated intermediate experience in a generalist People & Culture focused role, including a strong working knowledge of industrial and workplace legislation and payroll processes and procedures.
- Proven ability to develop and implement culture engagement strategies.
- A strong results-orientation, resilience, and a positive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in partnership with business areas and specialist HR areas to provide an exceptional client experience and deliver professional and efficient outcomes.
- Clear communication and an ability to negotiate outcomes and constructively challenge assumptions to achieve project objectives.
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, workplace relations and/or management would be advantageous.
