At Ragu & Co we prepare, seasons and cook food in the restaurant.

We are looking for a full time (at least 38 hours per week) skilled Cook to perform the following duties: Responsibilities

• Prepare meals in line with the restaurant standards
• Support the ordering of food and supplies
• Care for food supplies and leftovers appropriately
• Infusing flavours by adding seasonings
• Maintain and operate the kitchen in a clean, sanitary, and safe mannerhe cooking process
• Prepare meals for special events and additions functions, adjusting the dishes accordingly with the dietary needs of the customers
• Artfully plating dishes with appropriate portions, accompanied by sauces, gravies, and garnishes.
• Develop menu suggestion
• Check on store food and supplies are delivered
• Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and various cooking equipment

• Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant role.
• A can-do attitude and ability of working independently.
• Good Customer Service skills
