About the Opportunity: We are looking for the best Supervisors in the industry to join the opening team of Batard. Be instrumental in delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests and team.
Main Role Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service at all times during service periods Ensure work stations are maintained, stocked up & presentable at all times Responsible for the delivery of service related to Training and Development programs, including induction plans, buddy shifts, and any other service related training.

Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of crew, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service Experience, Skills & Attributes: Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a premium a-la-carte dining environment Exceptional service skills and guest focus Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods Organisational and time management skills Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for career growth Solid understanding of supervisory practices Exceptional communication and presentation Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career Ability and desire to mentor and lead others Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift Working with LUCAS Restaurants: People are at the core of our success.
