We are looking for passionate and creative Chefs capable of helping us to produce contemporary Chinese dishes and deliver a refined dining experience mainly in Pearl Dining.
The successful candidates will be responsible to ensure the highest possible standard in the following areas:
Completed an apprenticeship or trade test- 3 years' kitchen experience within a fast paced or similar environment
High standard of food preparation and productivity
Experience with Asian cuisine - Chinese
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work calmly under pressure
High attention to detail
