People & Culture Coordinator
Robert Half are excited to be partnering with a prestigious Financial Services firm. Despite being relatively new, the firm has secured high-profile mandates and is viewed as a rising competitor to established players.
Due to company success, they are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity not to be missed for a dynamic HR professional (or aspiring HR professional) to play an integral supporting role during an exciting period of growth.
THE ROLE:
- Supporting the team with the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Maintaining and updating the HRIS system ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Preparing employment-related documents including contracts, variation letters and other correspondence.
- Generating and maintaining up-to-date reports to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Providing generalist support including (but not limited to) employee queries, escalating ER issues, managing the People & Culture inbox.
- Administering employee benefits/wellbeing initiatives and assisting with planning events, inductions and training.
THE PERSON:
- Highly motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
- No task is too big or small mentality.
- Eager to learn and gain exposure to many elements of Human Resources.
- 1-2 years HR Administration/Coordinator experience or Administrative experience with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or equivalent.
- Confident working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
