- $75,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary + Super

A part of the PeopleIN Group, Timberwolf is Australia’s largest contract planting business, offering services to commercial landscapers, natural areas specialists and forestry companies across the country.
Timberwolf has worked on both small- and large-scale projects, ranging from 500 to over 350,000 plants in sectors including offsets, re-vegetation, wetlands/constructed wetlands, bio-retention basins, streetscapes, parks, feature gardens and forestry.
About the role:Timberwolf is looking for a Full-time Regional Manager who will directly oversee Timberwolf’s planting division, in coordinating operations across multiple states, and developing new business opportunities in the planting sector.
The role will also have responsibility for contributing to Timberwolf's current Commercial Landscaping planting operations, where needed, while designing and implementing new training programs, systems and processes that translate reforestation culture, knowledge and planting techniques, systems, and methodologies into the Commercial Landscaping operations of the business.
Duties:- Lead Timberwolf’s continued expansion of operations from the Commercial Landscaping market into the Forestry and Plantation Services market
- Direct coordination operational planning and business strategy to meet client project timelines, quality standards and strict budget requirements.
- Liaise with Senior Management to align production capacity with expected volume of upcoming projects; oversee and manage recruitment and training to ensure production capacity will meet expected volume of work.
- Identify current business needs and future opportunities and develop and implement new systems and processes to meet those needs.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new staff and develop and implement a training and mentoring system to facilitate and expedite the training newly hired staff in reforestation knowledge, techniques and project management skills.
- Design and create weekly production reports and budget forecasts for the General Manager and other senior management.
- Manage and improve internal database application to efficiently manage operations, track planting production, project scheduling, staff rostering, payroll, and project budgets.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance for the motivation and professional development of internal staff; and identify, develop, and promote staff to management positions.
$75,000 - $85,000 Annual Salary + Super

- Sales experience, either in the recruitment industry or general local commercial sector
- Strong market knowledge and developed network
- Highly developed professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.
- The ability to delegate and empower effectively both upward and downward within the structure.
- Superior time management skills and effective organisational skills
- Understanding of financial data and reports – budgets, forecasting, Profit and Loss Statements
