Field Service Technician

Novofit Pty Ltd is seeking a self-motivated and skilled Service Technician that is willing to work at remote based locations for field service dispatch.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (38 hours per week). Annual salary of $73,150 plus superannuation and overtime.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The field service technician is responsible for carrying out preventative service, maintenance and repairs of the fitness equipment in our customers facilities and assist with new equipment installations.Forming an essential link in NovoFit’s Service chain, technicians are required to work closely with our Service team to provide timely, knowledgeable and best-in-class service to meet and exceed customer expectations every time.
The Service Technician is measured on overall customer satisfaction, first time fix rates and job efficiency. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose and fault-find for operation, repair and maintenance of equipment machinesReading and interpreting field service manuals, technical plans and drawings
Carry out inspection, mechanical maintenance and safety service and repairs of equipment machines
Assembly and installation of technical equipment parts, components and controls
Estimating machine part costs, quantities and maintain adequate and relevant spare parts supply
Performing function tests and calibration to ensure equipment and machinery are operating correctly
Operate and coordinate daily schedules via our online platform
Update our online portal with works status and completions
Communicate effectively with customers
Work collaboratively with the WA Service team
Ensure that equipment is repaired and serviced in a safe and timely manner
Always maintain compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
