What you'll do:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing business analysis activities on a large scale, complex IM/ICT program. You will be responsible for analysing current state processes/practices, co-designing and implementing future state processes/practices.Your expertise will be crucial in identifying business change impacts and relevant interventions to support effective outcomes across all sites. You will also manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the key point of contact for certain stakeholder groups.
Your ability to provide advice and guidance in defining the analysis and design methodology for the statewide program will be essential.
- Lead and proactively consult with stakeholders across the state to support the delivery of the Digital Transformation Program.
- Analyse current state processes/practices, co-design and implement future state processes/practices.
- Identify business change impacts and relevant interventions to support effective outcomes across all sites.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including acting as the key point of contact for certain stakeholder groups.
- Provide advice and guidance in defining the analysis and design methodology for the statewide program.
- Lead the analysis of business requirements and system specifications.
What you bring:
As an experienced Business Analyst, you bring a wealth of knowledge from your previous roles in large scale, complex IM/ICT projects. Your proven experience in leading business process modelling activities and requirements definition for large scale complex organisations sets you apart from others.You possess high level negotiation, consultation, facilitation skills along with effective written and oral communication skills. Your ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team is commendable. You also have experience in ICT tender development and evaluation activities related to the procurement of ICT solutions.
- Proven experience leading and managing business analysis activities on large scale, complex IM/ICT program/project(s), preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Experience leading business process modelling activities and requirements definition for large scale complex organisations.
- Knowledge and application of appropriate business analysis frameworks.
- High level negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary project team.
- Experience in ICT tender development and evaluation activities related to the procurement of ICT solutions.
- Expeirence within either Private or Public Healthcare.
