As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of culinary operations, including high‑volume production, premium à la carte dining, meetings and events, and retail food offerings.

What you will do?:
- Lead, recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing culinary team, building capability, engagement, and succession across all outlets
- Own the end‑to‑end culinary strategy, leading annual and seasonal menu planning from concept through to client approval, including premium dining, corporate hospitality, meetings and events, retail food, and special activations
- Drive operational excellence across all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, speed of service, and guest experience at scale
- Coordinate seamlessly with operations, events, and front‑of‑house teams to deliver complex, large‑scale sporting and entertainment events
- Maintain full accountability for financial performance, including food cost control, margin delivery, labour efficiency, and contribution to overall business growth
- Oversee the Food Safety Management System, ensuring full compliance with HACCP standards, regulatory requirements, and best‑practice safety protocols
- Lead supplier relationships and procurement strategies to support quality, innovation, cost control, and sustainability outcomes
